If a customer elects to return their BaseCharge within this 30-day period, the product must be unused and unopened. Your BaseCharge return will be processed, and you will have two options regarding your Free Gift.
(1) The MSRP of the Free Gift will be deducted from your BaseCharge refund.
(2)You may elect to deactivate the Gift Card.
